Who is This Couples Workshop For?
Couples experiencing ongoing conflict or the same argument on repeat
Couples who feel unheard, disconnected, or stuck in unhealthy communication patterns
Couples wanting practical tools to fight fair and repair after conflict, not just avoid it
Couples experiencing relationship distress, looking for a structured way to reconnect
Couples of any age or relationship stage
Before the event, each couple will receive a brief phone call from Teagan to ensure this workshop is the right fit for you both right now.
Who this Workshop Isn’t For
Couples currently in crisis, addiction, facing infidelity, or experiencing domestic violence - private therapy is a safer starting point. [Learn more about Marathon Couples Therapy (Private Intensive) →]
Is this Group Therapy?
No. There is no group therapy or sharing. Interaction with other couples is entirely by choice - the day is spent working together with your partner only. There is no sharing of personal information, and you will not need to talk publicly about your relationship - in fact, we ask that you don't.
Think of it less like group therapy, and more like a workshop: Teagan teaches at the front, guides you through an exercise, and then you and your partner work through it together, privately, with support on hand if you'd like it.
What’s included?
Entry for one couple to Fighting Fair, hosted by Teagan, includes:
A full day of guided workshop content, 10am–5:00pm
Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea
Take home exercises

FAQs
-
No. Every exercise is done privately with your partner, at your own table. You're welcome to chat with other couples during breaks, but nothing about your relationship is shared with the room.
-
Fighting Fair is educational and skills-based, not a replacement for therapy. If you're facing something significant, private sessions or the Marathon Couples therapy (2-Day Private Intensive) is a better starting point.
-
Yes - and this is more common than you might think. One partner being more ready or motivated than the other doesn't mean the workshop won't work for you both. Fighting Fair is built to help both people see what's really going on underneath the conflict, and gives you shared tools so reconnecting doesn't rest on just one of you. You'll both walk away with a fairer, more balanced way of listening and responding to each other.
-
Unfortunately not. The day is built around exercises you and your partner work through together, so Fighting Fair only runs as a couples workshop - solo attendance isn't something we're able to offer.
-
No more than 10 couples, so it always feels personal, never crowded.
-
Fighting Fair is launching soon, and the first date will be locked in once enough couples have registered their interest. Registering now doesn't commit you to anything, but it does secure the early-bird price once a date is confirmed.
-
A full refund minus a $50 processing fee is available until 30 days prior to the workshop, and until this point you can also transfer your registration to a future workshop. After this, no refunds are available, but you can transfer your registration to another couple.
-
You don't need to be certain before reaching out. Register your interest now to hold a place - spots are limited and this helps us gauge demand for the date - and we'll follow up with a short call to talk it through and make sure it's genuinely the right fit for you both. There's no obligation at this stage, so there's nothing to lose by registering while you figure it out.
